āshibio is bringing hope to those suffering from bone and connective tissue disorders
FOP Clinical Trial (ANDECAL)
āshibio has initiated a clinical trial of andecaliximab in patients with FOP. The trial is designed in 2 parts: Part 1 will be conducted at sites in the US and Part 2 will be conducted at US, Europe and selected countries globally.
HO Clinical Trial (ANDECA-HO)
āshibio has initiated a clinical trial of andecaliximab in patients with spinal cord injury who are at risk of developing HO. The trial is enrolling patients at sites in the US.
Compassionate Use/Expanded Access Policy
āshibio is developing novel therapies for bone and connective tissue disorders. These are considered investigational therapies since they not approved by regulatory agencies such as FDA and EMA, and are not commercially available. Currently, participation in clinical trials is the only way for patients to gain access to investigational therapies being developed by āshibio. As more clinical data on the safety and efficacy of these investigational therapies become available, we will review and update our Compassionate Use/Expanded Access Policy.
